Leading the design and development for the industry standard business management and quality assurance instrument for the Dutch dairy industry. The Drupal based platform is used daily by thousands of Dutch dairy farmers and their nearly 600 veterinarians. In the role of Product Owner and Developer responsible for design, development, quality assurance and client communication for over 5 years.
CONO Caring Dairy

Leading the design and development of a Drupal-based web platform with focus on sustainability for Dutch dairy farmers. The tools on the platform are used by all the 460+ farmers supplying CONO, the manufacturer of Premium Beemster Cheese and milk supplier for Ben & Jerry’s icecream in the Netherlands. CONO uses this platform to maintain it's leading role in sustainable practices in the competitive Dutch dairy industry. Responsible in the role of Product Owner and Developer for both web development, client communication and tech support for over 5 years.

Their value systems based approach for leadership development to organizational change is used by several thousands of users of large corporate organisations in the Netherlands.

Consulting and development of e-Learning environment for all healthcare professionals of the GNWT's NTHSSA. The course and modules are based on Articulate Rise, including development of quizzes and interactive elements in Articulate Storyline.
Artless Collective

Leading a session to define the 5-year strategy for this iconic Northern video production company. The entire session's audio was recorded, transcribed, and annotated via AI to provide a repository of information consisting of more than 500 pages of transcripts. These transcripts were subsequently queried with AI to summarize the topics discussed and served as ‘meeting minutes’ that provided input for the strategy document.
